Authorized by the FCC, MURS (Multi-Use Radio Service) is a license free service that allows the user to transmit voice and data. Providing greater range than other license free radio services, the MURS system allows a maximum of 2 watts of output power!

Homeowners, security guards, small businesses and hunters all present a case in which this sensor can help! The MURS Alert transmitter uses passive infrared sensor technology, sending an alert signal to the MURS Transceivers notifying you of a presence in the monitored area. This MURS Handheld transceiver grants its holder the flexibility to move around as they please, ensuring that they will still be notified of activity in the monitored area as it occurs!

Acting not only as an alert, the M538-HT and M538-BS transceivers also act as a two-way voice communication tool. Capable of sending 4 different alert messages, the alert transmitter is able to send signals to the transceiver. Spoken in English for simple understanding, these signals are easily selected at the transmitter, allowing for separate zones to be monitored simultaneously! In addition, and key to its advantages, the MURS Alert provides real time monitoring of these select locations as far as several miles away!
