Indoor Infrared Sensor and Pager Receiver - Description

Combining the Dakota Alert PR-3000 and IR-3000 this device is compatible with all transmitters and receivers in the Dakota 3000 Series. With a wireless transmission range of up to 600’*, this device uses a passive infrared detector to monitor areas between 20 to 100 degrees wide. With adjustable features on the sensor for both range of detection and sensitivity you are able to monitor the exact area you desire! Operating on one (1) 9V battery, you’ll never be surprised by a lifeless device thanks to the built in low battery notification alert! When the IR-3000 infrared motion sensor detects movement it sends a signal up to 600’ to the PR-3000 pager!

My mother lives with us and has a tendency to get up in the night and wander - we need to be made aware of this event. The sensor has no bright light or noise to startle or frighten her but does set off the pager by our bedside to alert us she has opened her door. This allows us to sleep more easily knowing we will be alerted.
Good paging system

This paging system works great, but the system will not go 600' when it has to go through walls.
