The new Basic Freeze Alarm provides the most cost effective means to protect your home, cabin or business against furnace failure and winter freeze up and the resulting water damage caused by burst pipes.

- It will continue to call every 15 minutes (or 2 hours depending upon setup)
- Notifies you with a pre-recorded voice alarm message to the person answering the call (or to an answering machine) that there is a temperature alarm at your monitored location.
- The alarm call out can be canceled by calling back to the Basic Freeze Alarm from any phone in the world.
- The Basic Freeze Alarm model automatically resets when the temperature rises above 45°F(7°C).
- This model operates on a 9 volt battery (lithium or alkaline recommended, but not included).
- Installation is as simple as plugging in a phone line. It works on an existing, standard, single telephone line. It will not interfere with your existing telephone service in any way.
- Like all of our Freeze Alarms, there is no monthly monitoring fees and set-up takes only a few minutes. This is the most affordable solution to protecting your home or cabin.

| The Basic Freeze Alarm automatically calls out to one telephone number when the temperature drops below 45°. The Basic Freeze Alarm gives the person answering the call a pre-recorded voice message indicating there is a temperature emergency at the monitored location. It will even record the alarm message on your answering machine or voice mail. This unit will continue to call your programmed number until someone calls back to tell the FreezeAlarm to stop calling. The Basic model is the only Freeze Alarm model that requires you to have Touch Tone™ phone service at your monitored location. |
