Freeze Alarm Homesitter Temperature and Water Leak Sensor

The Home Sitter Alarm System will monitor for water leaks, temperature high or low alarm conditions and power outages! When any of the alarm conditions are detected the monitor will call up to three phone numbers to alert you to any alarm condition. There is also a built in audible alarm which will alert you locally to any alarm condition which is occurring.

Similar to the discontinued Freeze Alarm Basic the Homesitter will dial up to three phone numbers if the temperature falls below 45°F or rises above 85°F. The Homesitter also comes with a water sensor connected to it and is powered using the included AC Adapter so it will call if the power goes out*.

a good basic alarm

We purchased the home sitter for our cottage. We like the fact that it calls us with low temperature and a power loss. The disadvantage is that you cannot call in to the unit to check the temperature. A good value alarm.
