Returns happen occasionally, so we try to make the process as easy for you as possible. Absolute Automation strives to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase made at our store. If, however, you encounter a problem with your purchase, Absolute Automation provides a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee (minus 10% restocking fee) for all of our products and services (excluding special order items). Simply contact us during our regular business hours at (888) 885-9910 and we will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number immediately.

To help keep initial costs of everyday products low, Absolute Automation charges a restocking fee. Any return for a refund will be subjected to a 10% Restocking Fee. Please Note: Any shipping charges accrued from Absolute Automation are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Any refused shipments or orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to us by the courier will be assessed a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of the returned shipment and the original freight cost. If the customer requests that these orders be re-shipped, the customer will incur the cost of the return freight plus the cost to re-ship.
Special orders (including Special Cuts of Wire) and DVR cards will not be refunded.
Special Order can also include any order of unusually large quantities. All software is non-returnable.
If, upon receipt of the returned materials, we feel one of these conditions has not been met, we will contact you immediately to attempt to reach an acceptable resolution.
If your return has not resulted because of an error on our part, shipping costs associated with your return will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
If you took advantage of any of our Free Shipping Promotions when placing your order, the original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Materials Shipping Instructions
Pack all materials securely inside the manufacturer's packaging/box. If you don't have the original box and packing materials, please pack as carefully as possible so the product will not shift around during shipment. (You may be subject to an additional charge if you don't have the manufacturer's box.)
Place the manufacturer's box into an outer shipping container similar to the one we used to ship the product to you and pack carefully to fill voids and prevent shifting of the inner manufacturer's box during shipment. Damage that occurs during a return shipment will be deducted from your refund if not covered by insurance. Please do not ship directly in the retail packaging without prior approval.
Be sure to include everything originally supplied or you may be subject to a charge for the missing item(s).
Place a note inside the box with your name, reason for return and RMA number. This will help us process your replacement and/or refund in a timely fashion.
We recommend that you ship the item insured for your protection. Please keep in mind that we can't provide a refund or replacement unless we receive the return.
