    It works well

It is installed at a customers home close by giving me an opportunity to monitor it closely. It works as advertised.

    great service

when I received the unit it would not light up (no power) I contacted the company and they said they had some bad power supplies (I got one) that was at 3:30 pm. At 11:00 the next day I received a new power supply The unit works as advertised

    Freeze alarm

Just received my freeze alarm, programmed it (very easy to do) and put it through several tests, and it worked every time. Just wished it also had a high temp alarm for use as remote fire detection also, other then that I already ordering a second unit!!

Our second one -- the first has been excellent

Excellent. We just bought a second one of these for our main home when we're away. We have one of these in a house we're renovating 90 minutes away. It's very easy to program (works like voicemail menus) and can be programmed remotely. It's more flexible than a previous alarm we had (can choose the temp setpoint). You can call it to check temp and power remotely (some alarms will call you if the temp gets too low, but you can't call them to check.) It works well with answering machines (both calling alarms to an answering machine, and calling it when there is an answering machine on the same line.) Each of the above features has been useful to us, and it has saved us three times (furnace ran out out of fuel unexpectedly, contractor working when we weren't there tripped a breaker and didn't know it, furnace failed at 2 AM).

    Works as promoted

Easy to set up and it tested out for both temp drop (took outside ... dec in WI) and tested for signal loss( turned off hot spot). I especially like that I can access a web site that shows a temp history at my Wisconsin cabin.

    Working good

The freeze alarm arrived quickly, was easy to set up, and performed well when tested.

    So far so good

so far I hooked it up it looks great just haven't had time to test

    so far so good

Have only had the product a week and installed it in our beach home. We've tested it a few time and it seems to be working.

    Works as advertised

I found the Freeze Alarm easy to install and the instructions were well written. Tested well. Feel better about leaving our home unattended from time to time.
