I purchased an intermediate freeze alarm in Dec. 2009 installed in a house I own but not occupied on Feb. 4th the alarm come in at 45 degrees the oil burner had quit an the temp out was 0 degrees it save approximately $20,000 it worked great. I have told heating co. about it and a number of other people.

Just wanted to let you know that I have thoroughly appreciated the property paging system I ordered from you in October. It has worked flawlessly. I am hard of hearing and never knew when someone was coming in until they were right on me or at my door. Now with the vibrating pager I never get surprised. I really love it!! My mom is hard of hearing as well so I have just ordered her one for Christmas. When she drives in to visit she has to search for me for five to ten minutes (I work outside on about 20 acres) or eventually call me up on my cell phone to find me. Now I am approaching her as soon as she drives in. She is been really impressed with it. I cannot wait for her to open her Christmas present. No doubt it will be one of the best presents I have ever gotten for her.
