Sensaphone recently announced the upgrade of the hugely popular and successful 1104 and 1108 models. The all new model 400 replaces the 1104 and the all new 800 replaces the 1108. The prices have stayed the same but the features have taken a giant leap forward. The two new models are equipped with many enhanced features including recordable voice messaging; programmable relay output; built in line seizure feature; and a diagnostic test function. The relay output may be programmed to activate on an alarm condition if you require a siren or any device to activate when a problem arises, or you may control this relay remotely to turn up the heat in your home. (this was previously only available in the Cottage Sitter model) The combination of enhanced features and attractive prices make the 400 and 800 the most affordable, flexible Sensaphone models ever.
The Sensaphone 400 Power and Temperature Alarm will monitor your home, greenhouse, livestock
barn, cabin, cottage, computer room etc., and will call you whenever
there is an alarm condition i.e. high temperature, low temperature,
high noise and power failure. With the addition of optional Sensaphone
sensors you can monitor water leaks, rising water, humidity, water
pressure, smoke, motion and door openings. You can also call in at any time to check the status
of all inputs, including temperature and power. more info... |

The Sensaphone
temperature and power alarm has many powerful and useful features. You can set the sensitivity or duration of an alarm condition,
depending on your needs. Or you can turn them on or off. (For
example, you can set the power alarm sensor to notify you
when power is out for anywhere between 1 and 199 seconds consecutively.
Or you can disable power notification completely if outages
are a routine event you don't need to be warned about.)
As well, by adding accessories, such as the water bug,
your sensaphone can detect the presence of water, perhaps
due to pipe rupture or leakage. This is especially great
for monitoring sump pits. Other Sensaphone accessories
available will enable you to monitor break-ins through windows
or doors, overheating of your home computer and humidity changes
at a remote location.
Model 400 temperature alarm accommodates up
to four external sensors. Model 800 accommodates up to eight external sensors — ideal if you want to add multiple
sensors to use your Sensaphone as a "silent" security
alarm with magnetic contacts for doors and windows and pressure
sensitive mats. (You can also connect multiple sensors in
a series connection to a single terminal on any model.)
When an alarm condition
occurs, the dialer calls up to four (Model 400) or eight
(Model 800) phone numbers that you choose. The alerted person
on the other end of the line receives a voice message, describing
the status of the power, temperature, backup battery supply
and status of each of the sensors. He or she can then listen
in to sounds in the home or business to help determine the
problem.
Installation is simple.
Just plug the console into an electrical outlet, connect it
to your phone and set it up, using easy-to-follow instructions.
No monthly monitoring fees to pay. This product is a must
to protect your home or seasonal property or operate a greenhouse in cold
weather. |
