The WaterCop Automatic Toilet Shutoff Valve installs on the supply line of a standard toilet tank and uses a motion sensor to automatically open and close the supply line; preventing the toilet tank from continually draining water— reducing the likelihood of damage from overflowing or leaky tanks and reducing stress on septic tank systems. No networking or complicated install required, the shutoff system simply installs below your toilet's water tank in under 20 minutes and instantly provides motion-based valve actuation.
When someone walks in the bathroom, the motion detector opens the valve. Once your business is done and the toilet is flushed, the WaterCop Automatic Toilet Shutoff closes its valve after 7 minutes of no motion to prevent flow into the toilet tank.
Ideal for large properties with multiple tanks that sit unused for long periods of time. Can be installed on toilets with leaky seals and flappers to save having to frequently replace them, and catches insidious slow leaks before they cause more damage; large properties with multiple shutoff systems can also conserve thousands of gallons of wastewater by default per month and save thousands of dollars in water metering costs alone!
Low-profile design sits below the tank and actuates a supply line via internal ball valve with a totally-wireless design. 5-year battery lifespan (depends on usage level) and easy installation makes it the ideal set-and-forget solution for virtually any sized property; from single toilets in a home or cottage all the way to multi-story offices and commercial washroom installs.
